Every transmission is channeled and therefore also varies in duration. Normal duration is between 15-25 minutes. The duration itself is not relevant, as the codes are powerful and will target exactly what is needed for each individual. Sometimes the shorter ones are even more potent. The transmission is an MP3 recording for you to listen to as often as you feel called to or according to guidance specifically given by Maria.

Provides an overview and  awareness of your current state

If you feel that there is no need or you are not ready for such a dedicated process as the monthly Ascension Guidance at the moment, but are still devoted to your ascension process and raising your vibration/consciousness, then the option of single sessions is still available.

 

Sessions will include healing, resetting, reprogramming, activations, integrations etc., just as sessions in the monthly option.
