Light comes in through the cracks when we are humble and keep our hearts open. It allows us to receive and to let the light activate our innate wisdom. With more flexible and expanded bodies and fields, we may anchor in and embody more of our true unified selves and be able to receive what is now present for us.

New light brings new creation, which is what the shift into higher consiousness is all about. Not building on the old, but alchemizing what was into wisdom, into living light, and create from an upleveld state, from our expanded crystalline hearts.

Breathing in all of creation. Baring witness to everything, and breathing it out, with no need for the mind to interfere with opinions and distractions. Merely staying present with WHAT IS.

Through acceptance, trust and surrender we give it to God, we bring what we experience, observe and learn back to Source. Again and again. We are vessels from which Creation/God/Source learns about itself, as we simultaneously experience it through our human bodies.

Instructions:

Please use headphones to receive the frequencies properly, and drink a glass of water before and after the transmission to allow for the energies to flow freely. You may lie down or sit up straight, with your hands palms up, deep effortless breaths and just absorb the frequencies.

Immersing yourself in any kind of water source these days, is complimentary for body and mind to let go of rigidness and stuckness and become fluid and soft, which is necessary to fully make the quantum leaps we are now being invited to take.

Repetition allows the light codes to work deeper and deeper into the layers, and for all of your aspects to stablize in the new energy of surrender and trust in the universal perfection of creation.
