The urgency of integration and focus

There is a growing urgency to focus our attention on integrating everything we have "learned" (remembered) into our human selves and actually living that vibration in our everyday lives. From that vibration, the emergence will happen. New creation. New higher vibrational realities. New human expressions.

Words are important, until a certain point. Once we reach that point, apply them when appropriate and with discernment. Using less words, knowing that the frequencies in our behaviour, choices and priorities speak loudly for themselves, will make new aligned creation be visible and available quicker and more profoundly.

The distractions around us are many, which makes it even more important that we choose our vibration in every moment. Using whatever tools feel good for us to, in an instant, remind us of our chosen path, dedication to why we came here and what that requires of us.
