Touched by the Sun

To be able to mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually handle and properly navigate the grand shift that is now unfolding for humanity, alongside Mother Earth, we must «learn» (remember) what energy/vibration is, how it communicates, how to discern between different frequencies and how to create with it in a mature and conscious way.

Thinking that life needs to be in a certain way and that we HAVE TO DO this or that, belong to an illusion and to limitations of the mind, and these limiting belief systems and programmed way of living, which are rooted in fear, control and manipulation, are all in the process of disintegration.

The grip that this paradigm has on humanity however, is strong, and it will fight for its survival until there is nothing more to feed on.

This is why I’ve been guided in one direction only for the last 7 years; to teach, to share and to show how everything is energy and everything is therefore instantly movable. The only thing that blocks movement and change, is our mind. An overwhelmed nervous system in a rigid body run by a programmed mind, is barely receptive to any transformation and therefore, the majority of humanity today requires alignment and immersion with harmonious energy first, before the human vehicle is able to receive or comprehend what this shift is all about.

It is energy first.

To calm the body-mind-heart complex.

To access what is underneath, behind, below, above and around.

Energy can be perceived by all the human senses, - with presence, with breath, the life force that runs through us all and with repetition. Showing up to receive life, to access truth and the divinity that has always been within us.

And understanding and remembering the language of energy, happens like that. Through feeling it. Through bathing in it. To being present and aware with it. Again and again. Until our bodies wake up, and our hearts ignite, and our original untainted soul blueprint comes online.

This is the shift of living from our minds to living from our hearts, from living in a 3 dimensional reality to living heaven on earth (5 dimensional and beyond).

It is a new TV station, broadcasting from heart frequency.
